Hand Knit Alpaca Wrist Warmer Fingerless Gloves

Fingerless half mittens handknit from an alpaca merino blend yarn.
Fully fashioned thumb gusset offers a comfortable fit without excess fabric.

Available in 4 sizes (or knit to custom fit):
- Small fits a small woman's hand (size 6 or thereabouts).
- Medium fits a medium sized woman's hand (size 7 or 7.5).
- Large fits a large woman's hand (size 8 or so) or a small man's hand.
- X-Large fits a medium sized man's hand

Choose from 5 colors of natural undyed alpaca- a creamy white, a tan or ecru color, a gray, a medium brown and a dark brown.

Alpacas are related to llamas but are smaller in size and have a much softer fleece. Many people sensitive to sheep wool wear alpaca comfortably. This alpaca comes from animals raised in Medfield Massachusetts. It has been has been spun and processed into small batches of super fine, silky soft, natural and luxurious un-dyed yarn. The colors are not dyed, but are the colors of the animals in the herd. 25% Merino wool is mixed with the alpaca to give the yarn a little more elasticity.

Hand wash in cool water, wrap in a towel to blot out extra water, air dry flat.
Note: Washing in a conditioning shampoo can enhance the soft appeal of this fiber.
