This hand-knit alpaca hat is knit with a 2-color design of interconnected boxes around its body. Luxurious all natural undyed alpaca. Super soft, lightweight and warm, it is knit in the round without seams. It has a stretchy ribbed brim.
This original design beanie is handknit from luxurious all natural undyed soft alpaca. Alpacas are related to llamas but are smaller in size and have a much softer fleece. Many people sensitive to sheep wool wear alpaca comfortably. This alpaca has been has been spun and processed into small batches of super fine, silky soft, natural and luxurious un-dyed yarn. The colors are the colors of the animals in the herd. They are not dyed.
Size Large should fit an average adult male.
Size Medium should fit an average adult woman.
Size Small should fit a teen or a small woman.
Designed and hand-knit by me, Kathy Zola, in my smoke-free and pet-free New England home.
Hand wash in warm water, wrap in a towel to blot out extra water, air dry flat.
Note that wahing in a conditioning shampoo can enhance the soft appeal of this fiber.
